Puzzles & Brain
A puzzle is a toy with a built-in quality check: if the pieces do not fit, the customer knows immediately. Our Puzzles & Brain range carries 140 wooden puzzles — first knob puzzles for toddlers, inset and peg puzzles, floor puzzles, tangram sets, pattern blocks and 3D puzzle kits.
Puzzles are also the easiest wooden product to brand. The board can carry your artwork, the box can carry your dieline, and a 24 or 48-piece puzzle can be produced in a short run without new tooling. That makes the range a common first private-label project for a new brand.

Buying notes
What to check before you order
Puzzle boards are cut from birch plywood where a thin, stable panel matters, and from solid wood for chunky toddler puzzles. Print is applied under a water-based varnish so the image survives wiping and mouthing.
If you are building a range rather than buying one item, start with two or three bestsellers in the range and add depth later. We will send a loading plan and carton list before production starts.
Other ranges
Mix a container across ranges — most buyers do.
