About this product
This wooden jigsaw puzzle belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for the 3–5 age band. What it asks for is a screen-free activity that works on a car trip, not a screen. Dimensions are , measuring about 19 × 13 × 5 cm; the set is a single piece.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
1 piece is the minimum run and production takes roughly 7 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
