A wooden jigsaw puzzle for children from 12 months, Wooden Toddler Montessori Kids Fun Intellectual Toys 120 Blocks Jigsaw Games Mosaic is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. The play value is simple: patience and sequencing in a form a child controls. The finished piece measures , measuring about 24 × 23 × 2.8 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Puzzles range. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
Orders start at 20 pieces, with about 31 days in production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
