Fun Running Bead Puzzle Color Classification Wood & Acrylic Glass Montessori Toys Maze is a wooden puzzle from our Puzzles & Brain range, made for children aged three to five. It is designed around the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits and patience and sequencing in a form a child controls. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 23 × 23 × 2.3 cm, in solid hardwood.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Puzzles range. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
It runs from 100 sets and takes around 7 days to produce. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
