Preschool Alphabet Number Animal Hand Grab Wooden Puzzle Board Sensory Learning

About this product

Preschool Alphabet Number Animal Hand Grab Wooden Puzzle Board Sensory Learning is a wooden puzzle from our Puzzles & Brain range, made for babies and toddlers. The point of the toy is patience and sequencing in a form a child controls; the second benefit is the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits. It measures about 29.5*22.4*0.5cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

MOQ 50 pieces; allow 7 days for production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
