Put your name on it
Most of our range can be customised without new tooling: logo, colour, wood species, packaging, barcode and manual. If you need a new shape, we will quote the tooling separately.
What can change
Logo — laser-engraved, printed or branded on the box. Colour — matched to a Pantone or a physical sample. Wood — beech, pine, rubberwood or birch plywood, subject to the product. Packaging — colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box, cotton bag. Print — dieline, warnings, barcode, importer details, manual.
What needs tooling
A new shape, a new puzzle die or a new hardware layout needs a mould or a die. We quote tooling as a one-off line and tell you the amortised unit cost at your order quantity.
How a custom order runs
1) Brief and reference. 2) Quotation with tooling, MOQ and lead time. 3) Sample in 7–10 working days. 4) Sample approval and deposit. 5) Production and pre-shipment inspection. 6) Loading and documents.
