About this product
Our wooden jigsaw puzzle — Wooden Animal Dinosaur Traffic Jigsaw Peg Multi Theme Wooden Shape Matching — is made for preschool children. Children come back to it because it rewards a finished result that can be shown and kept. The finished piece measures , measuring about 30 × 30 × 5 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
It runs from 2 sets and takes around 25 days to produce. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
