Wooden Bamboo 9-Piece Flat Puzzle Children's Puzzle Toy Baby Early Education is a wooden puzzle from our Puzzles & Brain range, made for children from 12 months. What it asks for is a finished result that can be shown and kept, not a screen. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 5 × 5 × 5 cm, in solid hardwood.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
1 piece is the minimum run and production takes roughly 7 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
