Samples before a container
A photo is not a product. We send physical samples so you can check the finish, the weight, the edges and the carton before you commit to a production run.
Stock samples
3–7 working days for items in stock, dispatched by courier with tracking.
Custom samples
7–10 working days for a custom colour, logo or packaging. The sample cost is credited against the order when it is placed.
What to check
Edges and corners, paint coverage, hardware, weight, carton size and the print on the box. If something is wrong, tell us before production, not after.

Is the sample cost refundable?
Yes, against the production order.
Can you send samples in our packaging?
For a custom sample, yes — the packaging is part of the sample.
