Shipping, payment and documents
Wooden toys are bulky and heavy for their value, so freight is part of the product design. Here is how we quote and ship.
Terms
FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard; EXW and CIF on request. We will quote the port that suits your forwarder.
Cartons
Carton dimensions, quantity and gross weight are on each product page. A loading plan is produced before production so the container is not decided at the last minute.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, test reports and, where required, fumigation or FSC documentation.
Payment
T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment as standard. Other terms can be discussed for repeat orders.

Can you ship LCL?
Yes, though FCL is usually cheaper per unit once the order is above about 8–10 cbm.
Do you handle the booking?
We can book through your forwarder or ours. Tell us which at quotation stage.
