Classic Wood Jigsaw Puzzles Educational Toys Montessori Wooden 3 in 1 3D Puzzle Block is a wooden jigsaw puzzle from our Puzzles & Brain range, made for preschool children. What it asks for is a finished result that can be shown and kept, not a screen. It measures about 22.4*22.4*0.6CM. It is made from solid hardwood.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
It is quoted at MOQ 10 sets, with production around 7 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
