A wooden jigsaw puzzle for school-age children, Printed Wooden Puzzle Unique Shape square Jigsaw Puzzles 300 Pieces for Kids is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. It gives a child a finished result that can be shown and kept, and gives the adult a screen-free activity that works on a car trip. 300-piece set. The finished piece is about 380*260mm. It is made from solid hardwood.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
Orders start at 100 boxes, with about 31 days in production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
