A wooden jigsaw puzzle for school-age children, Wooden Children's Digital Matching Jigsaw Kindergarten Color Cognition Early Education is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. Children come back to it because it rewards patience and sequencing in a form a child controls. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 22.5 × 17.5 × 6 cm.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
Pricing starts at 120 pieces and production is around 9 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
