Montessori Wooden Velcro Puzzle Board English Russian Spanish 3D Animal Dinosaur

About this product

In the Puzzles & Brain range, Montessori Wooden Velcro Puzzle Board English Russian Spanish 3D Animal Dinosaur is a wooden puzzle for children aged three to five. It is designed around the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits and a finished result that can be shown and kept. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 30*15*1.3cm in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

It is quoted at MOQ 120 pieces, with production around 15 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
