Part of our Puzzles & Brain range, Montessori 3D Pegged Jigsaw Puzzle Board Cartoon Educational Wooden Puzzle Toy is a wooden jigsaw puzzle designed for the 3–5 age band. What it asks for is the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits, not a screen. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 16 × 16 × 2.5 cm.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
Pricing starts at 3 pieces and production is around 8 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
