About this product
This wooden jigsaw puzzle belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for children from 12 months. The play value is simple: visual matching that builds early reading skills. 16-piece set. The finished piece is about 15 × 15 × 0.5 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.
The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
MOQ 100 pieces; allow 35 days for production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
