Wooden Montessori Educational Kids Toys Number Puzzle Animal Shape Math Counting Board

About this product

Wooden Montessori Educational Kids Toys Number Puzzle Animal Shape Math Counting Board is a wooden puzzle from our Puzzles & Brain range, made for children aged five to eight. What it asks for is fine pincer grip from picking up one piece, not a screen. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 32 × 22 × 4 cm.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

150 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 15 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
