16 Themes 30-Piece Wooden Animal Dinosaur Jigsaw Puzzle Cartoon Flat-Bottomed Picture

About this product

16 Themes 30-Piece Wooden Animal Dinosaur Jigsaw Puzzle Cartoon Flat-Bottomed Picture is the kind of wooden jigsaw puzzle that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. It is designed around a screen-free activity that works on a car trip and patience and sequencing in a form a child controls. Dimensions are , measuring about 23 × 16 × 1 cm; the set is a single piece.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

10 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 31 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
