Built as a wooden jigsaw puzzle, 75 Design Custom Alphabet Number Animal Learning Jigsaw Wooden Peg Puzzle Board sits in the Puzzles & Brain range. What it asks for is fine pincer grip from picking up one piece, not a screen. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 30*22.5*1.7CM.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 100 pieces, 7-day production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
