Montessori Children Wooden 3D Cartoon Animal Puzzle Board Early Educational Geometry

About this product

Montessori Children Wooden 3D Cartoon Animal Puzzle Board Early Educational Geometry is the kind of wooden puzzle that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. The play value is simple: a screen-free activity that works on a car trip. The finished piece measures , measuring about 15*15*1cm and is cut from birch plywood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

Pricing starts at 3 pieces and production is around 31 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
