This wooden puzzle belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for children aged three to five. The play value is simple: a screen-free activity that works on a car trip. The finished piece measures , measuring about 15*15*1.1 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 50 sets, 7-day production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
