About this product
Built as a wooden puzzle, Wooden Montessori Educational Kids Puzzles Toys 3D Puzzle DIY Insects Animal Bee sits in the Puzzles & Brain range. What it asks for is patience and sequencing in a form a child controls, not a screen. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 20*15*0.2 cm in solid hardwood.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
It is quoted at MOQ 2 pieces, with production around 7 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
