This wooden jigsaw puzzle belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for children aged three to five. What it asks for is fine pincer grip from picking up one piece, not a screen. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 16*10*7cm, in birch plywood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

2 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 31 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
