Children come back to it because it rewards patience and sequencing in a form a child controls. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 28 × 27.6 × 10.6 cm, in solid hardwood.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
It runs from 16 pieces and takes around 30 days to produce. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
