Play is mostly about fine pincer grip from picking up one piece, with a screen-free activity that works on a car trip arriving without being taught. The product is a 200-piece set and measures , measuring about 15.5*10*7cm, in solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

MOQ is 10 boxes; lead time is about 20 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
