This wooden puzzle belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for the 3–5 age band. Play is mostly about the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits, with fine pincer grip from picking up one piece arriving without being taught. It measures about 15 × 15 × 4 cm. Material: solid hardwood.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Puzzles range. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

MOQ 10 pieces; allow 25 days for production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
