About this product
In the Puzzles & Brain range, Montessori 6 in 1 Cartoon Car Fruit Animal Wood Iron Box Jigsaw Puzzle Board Game is a wooden jigsaw puzzle for the 3–5 age band. What it asks for is a screen-free activity that works on a car trip, not a screen. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 16*10*7CM.
The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
Orders start at 60 pieces, with about 10 days in production. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
