About this product
In the Puzzles & Brain range, Montessori 30 Pieces Wooden Dinosaur Jigsaw Puzzle Board Children Educational Learning is a wooden jigsaw puzzle for the 3–5 age band. It is designed around patience and sequencing in a form a child controls and visual matching that builds early reading skills. Dimensions are , measuring about 22.5*15*0.5CM; the set is a 30-piece set.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
MOQ is 2 pieces; lead time is about 31 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
