Educational Toy New Style Early Learning Animal Puzzle Hand Grab Board Creative Assembly

About this product

Part of our Puzzles & Brain range, Educational Toy New Style Early Learning Animal Puzzle Hand Grab Board Creative Assembly is a wooden puzzle designed for the 5–8 age band. The material and the shape support the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits and a screen-free activity that works on a car trip. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 17 × 17 × 1.5 cm in solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

It runs from 120 sets and takes around 31 days to produce. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
