Design Montessori 22 Style Wooden 3D Dinosaur Car Puzzle Board Animal Learning Puzzles is a wooden puzzle from our Puzzles & Brain range, made for children from three years. Play is mostly about patience and sequencing in a form a child controls, with a screen-free activity that works on a car trip arriving without being taught. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 20.5 × 10.6 × 1.5 cm, in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

Pricing starts at 10 sets and production is around 7 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
