Design Children Wooden Cartoon Animal Puzzle Game Montessori Educational Animal Bady

About this product

Design Children Wooden Cartoon Animal Puzzle Game Montessori Educational Animal Bady is the kind of wooden puzzle that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. The material and the shape support a screen-free activity that works on a car trip and visual matching that builds early reading skills. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 25*25*3 cm, in solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 3 pieces, 31-day production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
