What it asks for is a finished result that can be shown and kept, not a screen. 6-piece set. The finished piece is about 15*15*0.8CM. Material: solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

It runs from 3 sets and takes around 8 days to produce. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
