A wooden jigsaw puzzle for preschool children, Classic Eco-friendly Wooden 3D Alphabet Word Animal Jigsaw Puzzles Wood Baby Montessori is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. What it asks for is the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits, not a screen. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 15*18*1.1 cm, in solid hardwood.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Puzzles range. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
MOQ 200 sets; allow 31 days for production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
