Part of our Puzzles & Brain range, Children Wooden Small Jigsaw Puzzle Early Educational Animal Cognitive 3D Jigsaw Pegged is a wooden jigsaw puzzle designed for preschool children. Children come back to it because it rewards a screen-free activity that works on a car trip. The finished piece measures , measuring about 16 × 16 × 2 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

Pricing starts at 5 pieces and production is around 31 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
