9-piece Wooden Children's Puzzle Cartoon Animal Transportation Cognitive Puzzle Board

About this product

Our wooden puzzle — 9-piece Wooden Children's Puzzle Cartoon Animal Transportation Cognitive Puzzle Board — is made for the under-three market. Children come back to it because it rewards the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 11*11*0.5cm.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

Orders start at 10 pieces, with about 25 days in production. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
