60pcs Wood Jigsaw Puzzle Set Cartoon Animal Dinosaur Characters Early

About this product

This wooden jigsaw puzzle belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for children aged three to five. The material and the shape support the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits and a screen-free activity that works on a car trip. 60-piece set. The finished piece is about 16 × 5 × 7 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

MOQ 2 pieces; allow 7 days for production. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
