About this product
This wooden tangram set belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for the 3–5 age band. The point of the toy is fine pincer grip from picking up one piece; the second benefit is a screen-free activity that works on a car trip. Dimensions are , measuring about 16 × 14 × 1.1 cm; the set is a single piece.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
MOQ 3 pieces; allow 7 days for production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
