About this product
This wooden puzzle belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for children from three years. It gives a child patience and sequencing in a form a child controls, and gives the adult visual matching that builds early reading skills. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 24.5*23*3.5cm.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
MOQ is 2 sets; lead time is about 40 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
