The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 20*20*0.2cm, in solid hardwood.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.
MOQ is 20 pieces; lead time is about 7 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model.
