Part of our Puzzles & Brain range, Wooden Jigsaw Puzzles, Personalized Wood Puzzle Manufacturing Service for Bulk Orders is a wooden jigsaw puzzle designed for children from six years. It is designed around a screen-free activity that works on a car trip and the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about A3/A4/A5, in solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

It runs from 32 pieces and takes around 31 days to produce. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
