CPC Approved Multi-functional Educational Magnetic Jigsaw Puzzle Drawing Board

About this product

Built as a wooden jigsaw puzzle, CPC Approved Multi-functional Educational Magnetic Jigsaw Puzzle Drawing Board sits in the Puzzles & Brain range. Play is mostly about a screen-free activity that works on a car trip, with fine pincer grip from picking up one piece arriving without being taught. It measures about 31*23.5*3.8cm/0.8kg. Material: solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

MOQ is 26 sets; lead time is about 9 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
