Children come back to it because it rewards the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about About 20*10*5cm, in solid hardwood.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
It runs from 5 sets and takes around 7 days to produce. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
