Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
