The point of the toy is a screen-free activity that works on a car trip; the second benefit is visual matching that builds early reading skills. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 31.5*24*1.5cm in solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

MOQ 2 pieces; allow 35 days for production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
