Part of our Puzzles & Brain range, Wooden 3d Puzzles Montessori Game Toys Children Wood Puzzle Educational Toys is a wooden puzzle designed for children from three years. The play value is simple: patience and sequencing in a form a child controls. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 20.5*10.6cm.
It is made the way we make everything in this range. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
180 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 10 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
