About this product

Wooden 3D Puzzle Japanese Grocery Store DIY Educational Toy Motion Sensor LED is a wooden puzzle from our Puzzles & Brain range, made for school-age children. Play is mostly about patience and sequencing in a form a child controls, with fine pincer grip from picking up one piece arriving without being taught. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 19 × 6 × 26 cm in solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 15 sets, 7-day production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
