About this product
This wooden jigsaw puzzle belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for preschool children. The point of the toy is a finished result that can be shown and kept; the second benefit is a screen-free activity that works on a car trip. It measures about 17.5 × 17.5 × 1.2cm. Material: solid hardwood.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
MOQ 60 pieces; allow 7 days for production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
