In the Puzzles & Brain range, Unisex Children's Colored Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle Toys Educational Intelligence and Logic is a wooden jigsaw puzzle for the under-three market. It is designed around fine pincer grip from picking up one piece and patience and sequencing in a form a child controls. It measures about 22*18cm. Material: solid hardwood.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
It runs from 10 pieces and takes around 25 days to produce. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
