About this product
This wooden puzzle belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for children aged five to eight. The play value is simple: a finished result that can be shown and kept. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 23*16.8*3.5CM, in solid hardwood.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
MOQ is 60 boxes; lead time is about 70 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
