About this product
This wooden puzzle belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for the 5–8 age band. What it asks for is patience and sequencing in a form a child controls, not a screen. It measures about 16 × 6 × 4.3 cm. Material: solid hardwood.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.
MOQ is 10 pieces; lead time is about 8 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
